Blake Hanson Awarded Summer Undergraduate Research Grant

We are excited to share that undergraduate researcher Blake Hanson has been awarded the Northwestern University Office of Undergraduate Research Summer Undergraduate Research Grant (SURG) for his project titled: “Quantification of Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) for Maximizing Water Uptake.”

SURG supports eight weeks of full-time, faculty-mentored independent research across all fields of study. Selected students are responsible for developing their own research proposals and are involved in all aspects of the research process—from framing the question to analyzing and synthesizing results.

Congratulations to Blake on receiving this competitive and well-earned award!
